There was a spacious room on the balcony itself. The food was excellent and the staff were very polite and pleasant. Close to a train station, the location was magnificent and good, in cute pub across the street. The hotel took care of the perfect service.

Very well located. Clean. Nice personel. Wifi connection ok.
The fix shower. We will not mention here the breakfast at a bar around the corner, it was somehow part of the charm.

The staff at Hotel Katty were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet street near the Termini train station (about 15 min walk). Breakfast of a hot drink and pastry was included at a nearby cafe. Try to go early for breakfast or you be left with less choice of pastries.
The shower did not drain properly when you showered. Towels should be changed every 2 days at least - we used the same towels for 4 days.

Very convenient for Metro, local restaurants and supermarket. 5 minute walk to a bar for breakfast which served good coffee and croissants. Nice reasonably sized room with tall ceilings and good bathroom with nice shower
Air conditioning unit didn't seem to function fully. We had to open our windows at night but then it was very noisy (council rubbish and bottle collections in the middle of the night). Small lift broke down so we had to use stairs for one of the days (130 of them). A family checked in that day and had to get their luggage/pushchairs up 5 flights of stairs!! We had arranged airport transfers through the hotel and the inward transfer was excellent. The return transfer didn't turn up (we don't think it had been booked) but in fairness the hotel quickly got another taxi to us within 5 minutes

Great location, large room that was very clean. A/c & fridge worked very well, good water pressure & hot water. Husband's bag was lost by the airline and when it arrived, the hotel employee was very prompt in getting it to us (we were just heading out at 6:30am to catch a train to Naples). Very much appreciated.
Bed was hard, pillows were very flat, towels very thin. This is very normal for most Italian hotels. Hotel employee speaks limited English. We were informed on arrival that the building was experiencing water pressure problems, however we did not notice this as we showered after 10pm before bedtime. We also did some laundry in the sink late at night. The next day after the room was cleaned, we received a note that asked us not to do laundry because of the water problem. We experienced problems trying to call our bank from the room and when we asked the hotel employee we were not helped and were instead scolded yet again for doing laundry in the room. There are a ton of other hotels within a block or two of Hotel Katty/Termini, so you may want to look at other places.
